For those of us who identify as gay Christians, it can feel like the party scene is the only place we can truly be ourselves without judgment or shame. But deep down, we know there has to be more to life than the pulsing beats and overpriced drinks.
The journey to embracing our multifaceted identities as both gay and Christian is far from easy. We've been made to feel unwelcome in so many churches, like our mere existence is an affront to God.
